Editorial Roles and Responsibilities
The Editor-in-Chief holds final responsibility for all editorial decisions. The Scientific Editor provides strategic oversight of the journal’s scholarly scope and manages the peer-review workflow by identifying and assigning appropriate handling editors for each subject area. Editorial Board Members provide scholarly expertise and support the peer-review process. Editorial Team Leads conduct preliminary technical and administrative checks, including completeness and policy compliance, and do not participate in editorial decision-making. Advisory Board Members offer strategic guidance and do not participate in routine editorial decision-making.
